DIGIMARK INTERNATIONAL LTD is a newly established company in 2015 with main activity innovate in the field of information technology, creation of software programs and products. The company strives to develop and successfully compete with other companies on the market by developing new sophisticated products, on the one hand have significant potential for subsequent deployment in view of its uniqueness and the other are completely market oriented. In this regard, the company decided to develop a new innovative product-a global information system that registers and keeps track of each issued diploma educational qualification awarded by an independent, private or public educational institution. In its design the product is a step towards entering new digital opportunities in the education system. Technology platform will enable us to implement web-based and mobile communication between educational institutions and business organizations. This type of product is not available in the national and global market, which is a prerequisite for successful marketing after the completion of this project and the subsequent implementation of innovation in the company. So formulated the goal of the company requires the formation of a research team with high qualifications and experience in R amp; D, which in its current activities have gained experience in project management to the field of communication and information technology, including those relating to development and practical application of new technologies, inventions and innovations.
