Innovative mobile application for scanning, reading and converting books into digital formats

The overall objective of the project is to promote the development of start-up enterprise "Mobilis" Ltd. by developing an innovative, for the world market, product in one of the thematic areas of ISIS "New technologies in creative and recreational industries", namely a new product with an educational character - mobile application for scanning, reading and converting books into digital formats "Book Scanner". "Book Scanner" can digitalize every single paper document in the easiest and quickest way. The mobile app offers the ability to easily access, edit and manage scanned books, textbooks, documents, files, anytime and anywhere. It gives great benefit to end-users (administration, universities, schools, libraries, archives, business, individual users), helping for more streamlined and effective learning, reading books, handling documents. The project is implemented through research, testing, testing and measurements activities, related to the development of the innovative product; creating and testing a beta version of the mobile application. With a view to planning future implementation of the new product, economic evaluation and financial evaluation of the innovation is foreseen, together with development of a marketing plan for market realization of the innovative product. The implementation of the project activities will take place in the Northwest region – city of Pleven and will lead to the creation and subsequent market integration of the innovative software with focused educational focus, which will help unleash the innovative potential of the startup venture and the establishment of stable market positions.
