Development of innovative product - rock destroying universal hammer by "Destroyer 2016" Ltd.

The project proposal is focused on the development of a product innovation from "Destroyer 2016" Ltd. - an universal hammer for rocks breaking, extreme edition, which is single-hitting and with one or several hits could smash massive and large-sized rocks or concrete facilities and is a subject of internal and own development of the company. The selected innovation is a novelty on the world, European and Bulgarian market, outperforming existing alternatives and falls within the priority thematic area of ​​ISIS "Mechatronics and clean technologies". The universal hammer is an independent mechatronic unit designed to break up rocks and concrete blocks, and is transported to the site for demolition and is positioned by crane or helicopter. Its main innovative advantages are: high impact hitting energy (this hammer will be the most powerful hammer to break rocks in the world); high speed impact hitting; abilities for direct hitting and combined hitting; ability to hit at any angle, due to the incorporation of an unique own developed driving system; access ability of the hammer to the most inaccessible of places, compared to the available equipment, such as access using a telescopic crane - up to 60 m. of distance, or delivery by helicopter. To be able to develop the project product innovation, the company "Destroyer 2016" Ltd. requires hiring experts - 2 people, developing a prototype model of the universal hammer - in scale - 1 pc., elaboration of technologies for production of the innovative product and rent of a space for the development purposes.
