Development of precise software-based automated management of multifunctional tunnel compost for mushroom-growing type 3 in 1 (phases of fermentation / pasteurisation / incubation)

"Fresh Soft Control" Ltd offers plan for innovation for the successful production of cultivated mushrooms in the industrial aspect, using suitable compost . 99% of mushrooms producers in Southeast Europe are small and medium-sized farms which do not have their own experience in the application of modern methods for the production of quality compost for mushroom. On the other hand the application of global experience is also virtually impossible, as the leading technology companies (mainly Dutch) created the know-how to build a large multimillion investment projects and their solutions do not correspond with modest financial capacity of the medium and small enterprises. Inability to implement an affordable price advanced technological solutions leading to efficient mushroom-growing, these companies do not develop and that their functioning is associated with major production failures. "Fresh Soft Control" Ltd will carry out the following activities in order to develop accurate software-based automated management of multifunctional compost tunnel mushroom-growing type 3in1 (for phases fermentation / pasteurisation / incubation): 1 / Conducting applied research, and measurements including the creation of programs and methodologies related to the development of innovative product; 2 / Creation and testing of prototype and pilot line and submission of technical and financial reports to the Managing Authority for verification; 3 / Development of economic evaluation, financial evaluation and technical assessment including investment business plan to develop innovative products; 4 / Preparation of market analysis, marketing plan for marketing the innovative product; 5/ Visualisation of the project.
