Developing an innovative service for adaptive management measures and energy efficiency investments

The overall objective of the project is to enhance the competitive advantages of Green management Ltd., by development of innovative solution for adaptive management measures and energy efficiency investments. The innovation that we offer is a cloud based service that allows identification of the condition of an object or building and to assess the potential cost-effective options for the owner for improving the energy efficiency of the building. The innovation falls into Mechatronics and clean technology thematic area of ISIS. The target groups are owners and users of premises/buildings. The main purpose is to develop innovative service targeted at buildings owners /user for adaptive management measures and investments in energy efficiency. The development of the innovative service will increase the knowledge and understanding of the specific problems of energy consumption in the building, including the impact of measures taken and identify many actions and packages of energy saving measures leading to cost-effective solutions for specific conditions, ensuring the reduction of energy costs and a guaranteed quality of the microclimate in the living environment. It allows the owner /user of the building to identify efficient solutions for the specific building, and prevent from any wrong steps. The service address also the challenge of ensuring the achieving compliance with the European environmental regulations by owners / users of buildings including production facilities, residential buildings and public buildings. The service can be used as a mobile application. The project proposal envisages activities for development and testing of highly innovative service in the field of clean technology; feasibility; market research and marketing plan; presentation of the innovation; project visualization .
