Project development of intelligence system for hotel services personalization and management

In the hotel services business the competition is extremely intense. Customers have higher expectations, they are better informed and have easier access to global market. The need to maintain the standards and to offer more and more to the customers, along with technology development made us create system for personalization and management of hotel services, which could be implemented in a large number of middle and high class hotels worldwide. Adopting our system the hotels will receive individual smart management per room trough the “internet of things” technology. Using this system the customers will have access to services which will satisfy their needs during accommodation process. The benefits for the customer:  Individual attitude  Managing room appliances - lightning, bathroom, TV etc.with just one phone click.  Higher security level  Easier information access. Benefits for the hotel:  Loyal and happy customers.  Energy saving.  Increasing standards and competitiveness.  Openingopportunity for additional improvements in the future. The system can be modified via its open software. With finalizing this project we would go the whole way from realizing the innovative idea to a working product and we would gain the necessary experience which will guarantee our success in the next innovation projects.
