In the hotel services business the competition is extremely intense. Customers have higher expectations, they are better informed and have easier access to global market. The need to maintain the standards and to offer more and more to the customers, along with technology development made us create system for personalization and management of hotel services, which could be implemented in a large number of middle and high class hotels worldwide. Adopting our system the hotels will receive individual smart management per room trough the “internet of things” technology. Using this system the customers will have access to services which will satisfy their needs during accommodation process.
