Development of innovative computer application with marketing approach "4 P"

The current project and the development of a prototype for computer application “4 P” in particular is inspired by established and experimentally proved needs for direct and quick process of hiring and communicating to the so-called “secret clients”. The “Secret client”, in essence, is a marketing approach for continuous business process monitoring in an organization and the gathered information supports management with development decisions of offering products and services. Practically, the “Secret client” is a tool for competitiveness development and provides valuable market information. Considering the traditional mechanisms for hiring secret clients (mainly through marketing agencies) and taking into account the high technology development, this instrument loses its relevance while costing more money for the companies that implement it. Therefore, based on our own research and realized experiment Lupen M OOD clearly identifies market opportunity for developing an innovative “4 P” computer application with completely marketing approach. Thanks to this new application, the organizations will be able to directly select and hire “secret clients” for their business. The innovative concept of the application lies in the idea for creating high-tech and relatively inexpensive tool, which companies could use in their everyday marketing activities. The primary business task for the innovation is to provide direct, fast and effective relation between the company marketing policy and the concerned secret client. An important characteristic feature of the “4 P” application is its usability by organizations with insufficient for hiring intermediary agencies budget. Currently the computer application is created on a conceptual stage and its applicability is proven by an actual experiment. Considering the economy development of the application and the relatively lower costs Lupen M OOD will realize the project in Pleven entirely.
