The project includes developing of innovative cloud system for reporting and managing of fiscal devices. For this purpose fixed tangible assets will be purchased and a team of specialists will be involved in the overall development of the system. It is an innovative solution that allows flexibility to the owners of electronic cash registers (ECR), who can remotely load nomenclature data (articles, prices, promotions, customers) into them, and have remote access to the information generated as a result of using them. The innovation will satisfy the growing needs of customers related to: - Gathering information from devices - When connecting to remote server and ECR, the information generated during the sales will be sent to the remote server. It will be imported automatically and will be stored in the cloud system database, and the owner of the device will have access to it through reports. - Possibility for remote programming of nomenclature data in the device via internet site: loading items with barcodes, prices and other specific storage parameters, departments, promotions, types of payments, cashiers, customer data. - Each ECR will be oriented to stores and when receiving the sales made, the quantities will be automatically withdrawn from the warehouse's stock. The user will be able to make via internet deliveries, dispatches, warehouse revisions, and transfer of stock from stock to store. The cloud system will be an affordable solution from financial point of view for the end users because it does not require additional equipment for the commercial object, besides the mandatory fiscal device. The main objective of the project is to increase the innovation capacity and competitiveness of the company through the development of the innovation. As a result, the market presence and export potential of the company will be improved, cost savings and optimization of the production process will be achieved.
