New production methods and technologies implemented as finished mechatronic product or integrated into mechatronic aggregate in order to improve the efficiency, quality and environmental benefits of production processes.

Main activity of "Ekobiotechproduct" is manufacture of production equipment and development of new production technologies. Company production range includes: installations for biofuel, for production of essential oils and for treatment of waste materials. Main priority is given to the development of clean environmental solutions and full automated production equipment. Project proposal aims to achieve significant success in this direction. Main project goal is development of innovative production process implemented as mechatronic production equipment provided with mechatronic control system. The entire mechatronic system includes 4 innovations: continuous distillation process, energy saving equipment applied in industrial steam processing, waste-free production and mechatronic system for control and process analysis.Project proposal is classified as "Production of base elements, details, assemblies and equipment incorporated as part of mechatronic aggregate or applied as entire mechatronic aggregate". Successful project implementation requires industrial scientific research for development of innovative processes, manufacture of mechatronic production equipment, test and analysis activities. Presented project will be performed in partnership with:TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY Varna.Project proposal involves development of working mechatronic model by the help of external services and purchase of tangible and intangible assets. Selected project methodology will result in acquiring new knowledge for development of innovative production processes; elaboration of research studies in relation with successful technological implementation of developed processes in mechatronic production equipment; creation of working mechatronic model, tested in relevant environment, that will further serve as scientific and technological basis for development of working prototypes; preparation of documentation with analyzes of experimental results. Current project aims achievement of TRL 6.
