With the project “Development of innovative suit for extreme sports with built-in cooling and heating system” a prototype will be crates of suit/clothing for extreme motorsports. The innovation proposed for development under the project by its nature represents suit/clothes, which will combine a set of electronic components controlling the cooling/heating system built in the suit. At the same time, the suit will combine also all precautions according to the international standards to protect the motorcycle/moped driver from injuries occurring in case of falling. The concept for operation of innovative suit for extreme sports with built-in cooling and heating system has been proven by number of experiments with Peltier elements functions which will be used in the cooling/heating system. The results obtained thanks to the experiments performed are described and analysed, and on their basis, working solutions have been proposed to create a prototype - 2 pcs of suits for extreme sports with built-in cooling and heating system controlled by a computer. The innovative suit for extreme sports with built-in cooling and heating system will use heat-conducting fluid which through miniature pumps will permanently circulate in the suit. The fluid will warm up and cool the suit internal environment depending on the preferences of suit user the thus providing constant comfort of motorcycle /moped driver. The system will be controlled by LCD control unit enabling the temperature adjustment inside the suit. The whole heating and cooling system will be controlled by miniature computer that will provide continuous information on the work processes to LCD control unit. The innovative suit for extreme sports with built-in cooling and heating system is A WORLDWIDE INNOVATION due to the lack, in general of similar suits/clothed that use simultaneously computerized electronic systems for both heating and cooling of internal suit environment.
