Development of an innovative automatic PET bottle packaging machine

Bottles Trading Ltd.is a company registered in 2010 under the Commercial Act,the main activity of which belongs to Sector C,code 72.19:Scientific research and development in accordance with VACE 2008.The company has successfully completed the development of an innovative machine for PET bottle blowing under procedure BG161PO003-1.1.05"Development of innovative PET blowing machine.The proposed innovation is an automatic PET bottle packing process,respectively increasing the total output and most importanly prevention with regards to hygiene and safety of food pagages by minimizing the external influences. More detailed information on the market advantages and mackine innovationa has been presented in section 11 and in Compative analysis. The company is looking for OPIC support and foresses the implementation of the following activities under procedure"Development of Product and Process Innovation": 1.Conducting research,measurement and trials relating to the innovation which requires hiring of full-time employeers - 2 design engineers and 1 specialist performing control functions,assembly and installation(electronics and production installation expert).The team of expert will prepare technical dossier including detailed drawings and specification required for the deployment; 2.Creating a prototype of the invention and conducting functional tests in operational environment-the activity will be assigned to a contractor by strictly following the ESIFML regulations. 3.Intellectual property protection of the developed innovation on national level-preparation and apllying fos useful model at the Patent Office in Republic of Bulgaria via a certified industrial property representative.
