Evermore Ltd is a microenterprise in Sofia from the ICT industry. The main markets of the company are outside the country. In the present project, the candidate will bring together a team of highly qualified experts in the field of ICT, Mathematical Modeling and Programming that will jointly develop and test a pilot innovative product - SaaS solution (Software-as-a-Service) that serves as a tool for local governments to share government data. The innovative service aims to simplify communication between local authorities and road users. Within the project, the team will develop innovation to the level of technical readiness TRL 6. The purchase of tangible and intangible assets, as well as the use of external consultancy services, outsourcing services, and innovation testing services necessary for the development of the prototype, are foreseen. The project will be implemented in partnership with a scientific organization - the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics at the Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". By its very nature, the innovation is a software as a service and is a novelty on the national and European market and is also an industrial research. The individual solution falls within the priority area of "Big Data, Grid and Cloud Technologies" from the IS3 thematic area "ICT and Informatics", which makes it a priority for the SW Region where the project implementation is located (Sofia). As a result of the implementation of this project, the following outputs will be achieved: 1. Industrial research carried out to create new models, algorithms, and methods for: - Effective tracking of the GPS location and real-time alerts for roadworks on forecasted routes. - Research on the processes, tasks, systems, and activities of local administrations in relation to the roadworks and the behavior of road users. 2. Acquired tangible and intangible assets needed for the development of the innovation. 3. Created and tested prototype.
