The present project is realized by Scortel Ltd. (candidate) in cooperation with the University "Prof. Dr. Assen Zlatarov" Burgas (partner). Scortel Ltd. is a company with extensive experience in the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). On the part of the partner in the project participates research laboratory on "Intelligent systems". The development is an innovative Module for Operational Control and Updating of the Real-Time Production Planning Schedule (MOCUP). MOCUP is a key component of Scortel Ltd's automated system for management of open-air production and transport activities (ASMOPT) designed to increase the efficiency of open-area production management. MOCUP will ensure the realization of the maximum capabilities of the ASMOPT. MOCUP is a link (not yet available) for fully automating real-time information exchange between calendar planning and management systems as an element of enterprise-level automated production management systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) and Automated Process Control Systems (APCS) at the production level to achieve significant time and resource savings. This development is a novelty for Bulgarian companies as well as European and world practice. It is related to the research and realization of intelligent models for real-time calendar planning, for analysis and synthesis of algorithms and procedures for automated information exchange between calendar planning and APCS. The test prototype of MOCUP is based on methods developed by partners, models and algorithms for adaptive management of the technological processes in the open-area industry, as well as the use of well-established calendar planning programs in construction. It will be explored and tested in an operating environment that includes new devices, complex technical solutions and programs that are essential to improving the efficiency and competitiveness of open-area industries.
