The overall objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness and innovation capacity of Business Software Consult JSC by developing an innovative production process in the field of of payroll outsourcing and human resources administration. To achieve the main goal of the project, the following specific objectives contribute: - Provide the necessary technological infrastructure to develop and test process innovation by providing the software and hardware equipment needed to create a prototype of a business process; - Develop and test the functionality and reliability of a prototype business process under different conditions; - Achieve an integrated process that meets all the requirements regarding payroll outsourcing and human resources administration. The activities of the project are related to research and development activities in analysis, development and testing of an innovative world-wide process in the processing of payroll outsourcing and human resources administration. As a result of the implementation of the project, the company is expected to gain a significant market advantage and increase its ability to service foreign customers, as well as permanently enter new markets in the EU.
