Adhesive Composite "OSHPIM" - Product Innovation by Make-Bulgaria Ltd. and the Institute of Polymers - Bulgarian Academy of Science

The overall aim of this project proposal is developing of a product innovation (commodity) - adhesive composite "OSHPIM", which falls within the priority areas of ISSS - "clean technologies focused on transport and energy (storage, saving and efficient distribution of energy, electric vehicles and eco-mobility, hydrogen-based models and technologies, waste technologies, technologies and methods for incorporating waste products and materials from manufacturing into other industries) and "intelligent systems and appliances, intelligent homes - cities", part of the thematic area "Mechatronics and clean technologies". In order to achieve the aim, stated above, the following activities will be implemented under this project: 7.1 Performing research, testing, measurements needed for the development of a product innovation (good) 7.2 Creating and testing prototypes and pilot lines related to the development of a product (good or service) or manufacturing innovation 7.3 Acquisition of tangible fixed assets (TFA) needed for the development of a product (good or service) or manufacturing innovation 7.4 Protection of a industrial property at national and international level and use of the necessary expert assistance 7.5 Visualization of the project The implementation of the activities, stated above, will lead to the following results: - conducted scientific research, testing, measurements of the main and additional potential components of the composite and characterization of its composition; - provided technical and material basis for the smooth development of the innovative adhesive composite prototype; - creating and testing in a relevant environment of the OSHPIM prototype; - Technology Readiness Levels achieved TRL 6 - Technology demonstrated in relevant environment; - action taken for the protection of industrial property at national and European level; - ensured visualization of the project; - increased Candidate's innovative capacity.
