Development of a module for manufacture of tube heads onto tube bodies

More than twenty years Mechatronica SC has been specialized in design and manufacture of automatic lines for production of flexible packaging for cosmetics, pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries. In the last six years it is concentrated in designing lines, combining several basic manufacturing processes. The basic design principle of the machines is the modular principle. With this project the company's team will carry out activities in experimental research. This is a system activity in Mechatronica and it is based on the knowledge, acquired mainly due to the practical experience and the basic goal will be development of a innovative product: Module for manufacture of tube heads onto tube bodies with the ability to be integrated in automatic lines for flexible packaging. there will be achieved: improved outer appearance of the welding head-body; guaranteed strength of the connection/welding in thin packaging; possibility to manufacture a head with complex configuration (integrated head-cap - diameter equal to tube diameter); low production price of the end product, eco-efficiency of the module via servo control, zero defect (waste minimization). There will be widened the existing goods' mix of Mechatronica - as a result of the innovative and basic activity of the company. The development of a module ready to be integrated in a complex mechatronic production system corresponds to two of the priority trends of the thematic areas of ISIS - Mechatronica and clean technologies, i.e.: manufacture of a unit, integrated as a part from a mechatronic aggregate and a system for automatic and software supported control with application in manufacture. Company's management is deeply convinced, that the continuous innovative activity of Mechatronica is the power that supports it many years among the world leader-manufacturers of machines for flexible packaging and that the innovative solutions give company's clients advantages on the competition for new markets.
