The innovation is a web-based/mobile, hybrid cloud solution, which will be offered as a ICT service for process management in a logistics and freight forwarding company. The solution combines On-Premise-Private Cloud-Amazon Public Cloud-Azure Public Cloud technologies and services. The completion of the project leads to development of an innovation which corresponds to TRL6–the software platform will be tested in an environment of a potential customer and the detected errors will be eliminated.
