Increase of the innovation activity in "Techeco" Ltd., by creating an innovative series of induction furnaces with a ribbed crucible and a hot bottom for non-ferrous metal smelting with increased power and productivity and reduced specific consumption of electricity

The successful implementation of the project satisfies the need to increase the innovation capacity of enterprises and to increase the share of enterprises developing and distributing product and production innovations. The company is the representative of the target group of the procedure, as the implementation of the project is related to the development of an innovative product in one of the thematic areas of ISIS - mechatronics and clean technologies Through the implementation of the project, the company implements its strategy for the creation of an innovative environment and infrastructure for development of competitive advantages based on scientific research, by creating an innovative product, namely induction furnaces with a ribbed crucible and a hot bottom for the rolling of non-ferrous metals with increased power and productivity and reduced specific power consumption, goes from the field of knowledge generation to their application in the creation of viable products The expected results from the implementation of the project contribute to increasing the innovation capacity and competitiveness of the company but also provide the opportunity for the innovative product to be introduced into the economy as a result of the joint research of Teheco Ltd and ISTCCA Angel Balevski at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences The results are achieved by: 1) Raising the level of innovation activity and generating knowledge 2 Creating conditions for developing innovations by introducing modern and high-tech equipment 3) Enhancement of research and research capacities through the acquisition of services to optimize innovative production processes and to develop an innovative product 4) Ensure the development and successful realization of a viable and economically sustainable and applicable innovative product 5) Enforce eco-innovation in a knowledge-based production environment 6) Ensuring sustainable science-business relationships through effective partnership
