Developing a robot for industrial purposes with innovative software for manual, spatial, and remote handling

Bulmag was set up in 1991 and is specializing in the filed of computerization and automation of work processes.Provides all kinds of services involved in the research and design of computerized systems in offices, manufacturing plants, banks, and any related equipment and software. The company and its shareholders have extensive experience in the development of innovations. The managing director is also the inventor of Useful ModelNoBG2384,while the shareholder Savelina Shopova is the inventor of a number of innovative products with two currently existing patents №65471 and №65674.Bulmag also holds Useful Model №BG2216.With this project proposal the company aims to develop a robot for industrial purposes with innovative software for manual, spatial, and remote handling.Robotization is becoming more and more widespread in the industrial and the energy sector both in our country, and around the world.Leading companies in the field of mechanical engineering, the automotive industry, the energy sector, etc.are investing an increasing amount of resources in order to incorporate the so-called robotization in their manufacturing processes. The major problems which stand in the way of this process are the high price of the equipment required for its realization and integration; the need of highly qualified staff, its shortage and the significant expenses involved in its employment. The innovative robot for industrial purposes is a robot with six degrees of freedom, with options for manual, spatial, and remote navigation, which will be the solution to these problems offering a substantially cheaper product, easier to handle and navigate, whose purpose is to satisfy the specific requirements of the local and the global markets. The proposed innovation is a novelty on the European and global markets, and falls within the IS3 thematic area Mechatronics and CleanTech, and in particular in priority direction Robotics and Automation of Processes,Including 3DModelling of Robotized Autom. Systems
