Development of multichannel DSD and PCM audio playback device via USB interface using parallel DACs

The overall goal of the project is to increase the competitiveness and innovation capacity of JL Sounds by developing a multi-channel DSD audio player based on XMOS technology using parallel DACs. The main objective of the project will be achieved through the following specific objectives: - Perform research, testing, measurements needed to develop product innovation; - Provide the necessary infrastructure for prototype development; - Develop and test the functionality and reliability of a prototype of innovation in different configurations and parameters. The project's activities are related to the development and testing of a multi-channel DSD audio player based on XMOS technology using parallel DACs. As a result of the implementation of the project, the company is expected to gain a significant market advantage and increase the sales and market share of the company as well as entering new markets. The proposal is fully in line with the objective of this procedure and 2 of the identified ISIS thematic areas: new technologies in the creative and recreational industries: the cultural and creative industries (audio-visual forms (films, TV, video games and multimedia), music, radio.
