Development of knowledge management system and elaboration of cloud-based service for existing and start-up companies in the field of providing ICT services

This project will satisfy the need of ITCE Ltd. - a high-tech ICT enterprise of introducing new and innovative services with high added value and market potential. The target groups targeted by the project are users of ICT services. The aim of the project is to acquire new knowledge to develop an innovative market-based service that will integrate and automate the management of all major processes of ICT service providers by conducting research and studies in the field of knowledge management systems. The implementation of the project will enable ITCE to extend the range of services offered with a very promising and innovative solution in the field of ICT management, as a result of which the enterprise will improve its competitiveness, financial and economic stability and innovative potential . The main activities to be carried out in the implementation of the project are: carrying out the research and analyzes necessary to develop the innovation; purchase of specialized software needed to develop innovation; prototype system creation and testing; visualization of the project.
