SO Assistant

The product innovation developed under this project, called SO Assistant is a cloud service designed for wholesalers / distributors on one side, and retail / endpoint sales / franchise distributors on the other. The purpose of the product is to facilitate their work. This is a cloud solution that collects users' data in a convenient format for them to merge and analyze them. The sales process or, more specifically, the route of the product from the manufacturer to the final point of sale is one, but due to its volume in most businesses, it is divided into 2-3 or more sub-processes that are performed by different companies, making it difficult to process data and information is incomplete. Only in SO Assistant data is aggregated to help all stakeholders in the sale process- from consolidation and sales analysis, through lost profits, to anticipating future opportunities. The target group is middle and large companies in manufacturing, trade, services, real estate, telecommunications, pharmacy, health management, etc., who have the technological need for greater efficiency and optimization of their business processes The implementation of the project will lead the development of product innovation to the level of technological readiness TRL 6. The industrial research that will be carried out under the project will create components from which a prototype will be constructed that will demonstrate the technology in a relevant environment. Main activities of the project: - Performing the research, testing, measurements needed to develop product innovation. - Acquisition of tangible assets needed to develop product innovation - Acquisition of specialized software representing intangible asset needed to develop product innovation.
