Integrated platform for establishing, maintenance and management of system types "smart cities" and "intelligent homes"

The project focuses on the development of an a world-class product innovation - the integrated platform for establishing, maintenance and management of system types "smart cities" and "intelligent homes" (IP). IP is a set of software tools for establishing, maintenance, management and monitoring of systems intended for private homes, city authorities, office buildings - with and without BMS, city processes - parts of urban infrastructure, allowing for collecting, streamlining and management of data with a view to improving real-time decision-making. The project creates the necessary conditions for market realization of a brand new service, directed to establishing a single data platform carrying out cross-links for interactive data exchange among present and future vertical information systems, as it opens new opportunities for scientific and technological advance, and is instrumental in producing new knowledge leading to future applications and markets.The world-class innovation is determined by the fact that it is an entirely integrated service for establishment, monitoring, maintaining and managing of all the constituent parts of contemporary IoT (internet of things) networks irrespective of their type - "smart cities" or "intelligent homes". IP has a broad specter of application and is aimed to be provided as a service in Bulgaria and abroad alike, for municipal administration - municipalities and town halls, public and municipal enterprises, concession holders - for a systems type "smart city", as well as for residential buildings, firms, individual clients or groups of clients - for systems type "intelligent homes". The platform provides long-distance access, improving real-time decision-making, streamlining data management, lowering maintenance costs of systems and allowing for lower costs for transfer, communication and security of two-way data exchange.
