Developing a prototype of Innovative Product - Oil Cooler Cooling Cap for Oil Filter Console.

The object of the project proposal is the development of a prototype oil cooler cooling cap for the oil pan console that will find application in the automotive industry. Intellectual rights will be used as a basis for development under utility model No. 3075 / 25.03.16, for which a License Agreement has been concluded between the rights holder and AutoCot Ltd.. In essence, the cap for the car oil filter bracket is a bulbous body with a central cylindrical opening, with the upper surface of the cap comprising a horizontal section with three sloping sides and an oval projection. On the one side of the cap, two cylindrical openings are arranged symmetrically relative to the horizontal axis on the horizontal portion, spaced equally to each other and to the central opening. In the oval section, which is inclined towards the plane of the horizontal section, two cylindrical grooves are formed, the axes of which are parallel to the plane of the horizontal section, with one channel discharged into the central opening of the cap and the other channel discharged inside the cap. It is envisaged that the prototype of the innovative product will be made of thermoplastic, and for this purpose a high-tech 3d center machine, materials and supplies will be acquired. The innovative product developed cools the engine lubricant further, ensuring stable engine performance under extreme loads and high temperatures. The comparative analysis found that the innovative product differs significantly and surpasses all similar products existing on the European and world market. By its nature, the innovative product being developed can be related to the thematic area "Mechatronics and Clean Technologies" (which is a priority for the territory of the South-East region where LAG Pomorie is located), a priority area "mechanical engineering and equipment, including parts, components and systems, with an emphasis on transport and energy.
