Development of an innovative computer application for digitization of the cultural and historical heritage on the territory of LAG "Dolni Chiflik and Byala".

Software Business Mode Ltd. is a start-up middle company registered in the town of Byala, Varna District. The company focuses on the development of innovative business solutions and, on the basis of an in-depth analysis of the tourist services market in the region of the Dolni Chiflik and Byala LAG, Bulgaria and world-wide, opens up a new market niche. This project proposal envisages the development of an innovative web-based computer application with a marketing character, which presents the cultural and historical heritage on the territory of the Dolni Chiflik and Byala LAG in a digitized audio-visual format. The project falls in the field of "New Technologies in the Creative and Recreational Industries" of ISSS and is in line with the requirements of all the specific criteria of the LAG's Construction and Building Works. For the realization of the project, the company forms a team of 3 experts with experience in the field of IT and marketing and in the development of a number of innovative projects, incl. under the EU Framework Programmes. The team, using the planned tangible fixed assets and intangible fixed assets, plans to implement a prototype of the final product to TRL 7. The envisaged eco-innovation is innovative for the national market as it allows dynamic building of thematic routes, based on cultural and historical heritage and local businesses sites. The application uses the latest geo-positioning technologies and dynamic individual customized solutions based on a flexible system of user-defined criteria. In addition, the innovation offers travel budgeting capability, offering optimal routes and solutions based on the financial capabilities of the individual user. The project will be implemented in town of Byala, where an office will be opened and the necessary hardware and software equipment will be installed. The total value of the investment envisaged amounts to BGN 402 468, with implementation period of 15 months.
