"My Byala" - an innovative informational, educational and entertainment solution which incorporates a creative product and web-based services which digitize the cultural and historical heritage of the territory of the Dolni Chiflik and Byala LAG.

Mix Media Productions Ltd. is a small startup company based in the town of Byala, Varna District. The main activities of the company are development of creative audio-visual products and distribution of such in digital environment. On the basis of an extensive analysis performed on the territory of LAG Dolni Chiflik and Byala as well as worldwide, the company discovered an opportunity to enter a new market niche by developing an innovative informational, educational and entertainment solution. The current project proposal foresees development of an innovative creative product, combined with web-based services which will help promote the territory of LAG Dolni Chiflik and Byala as an attractive tourist destination offering historical, cultural and natural attractions. The innovative solution includes also installation of informational signs with QR-codes, thanks to which the visitors of the region will be able to receive more information about the sites they visit in a fast an easy manner by scanning the code with their mobiles. Consecutively this will make their experience much more comprehensive. The project includes many eco-friendly rules for performing the work as well as organization of public eco-initiatives and events. The projects falls within article “ New technologies for creative and recreative industries” of ISSS and is in line with the requirements of all the specific criteria of the LAG's Construction and Building Works. To complete the project the company is forming a team of 6 professionals with experience in the fields of media, cinema and digital environment. The experts utilizing the planned for purchase long term tangible and intangible assets, will deliver the final product to TRL9. The total value of the investment amounts to 380,000 BGN. The duration of the project is 15 months.
