The main activity of the 'Cluster for the Development and Training of Dental and Human Medicine Doctors' is currently conducting research, research and development, training, sharing of know-how and good practices, leading experts in the application of modern techniques of dentistry, implantology and diagnostics, planning and conducting of dental treatment and denture. The implementation of the project proposal envisages the purchase of two high-tech systems for 3D laser metal fusion (3D metal printer), one of which will work with cobalt-chrome, the other with titanium. The assets envisaged for the purchase will initially be used in the development of the innovation - a SPECIALTY DENTAL TAPE for DENTAL STRUCTURE, which will ensure precision in the placement of the crown on the implant, which in turn will ensure the implant's strength, while also providing an opportunity for implantation of the implant body and the crown. The purpose of the project proposal is to create an innovative production milling center. The implementation of the project aims at developing the innovation activity of the cluster, starting with the production of metal structures on which the crowns are built, and continuing with 3D printing of titanium (implanted titanium bodies), and in the long term it envisages the development of innovation in the field of human medicine, starting with the production of various titanium implants, such as artificial joints, prostheses, nails and more. medical devices and supplies. The innovation being developed and the project proposal fall within the ISIS thematic area of the Health and Biotechnology industry and can be determined to be relevant to two of its priority areas - personal medicine diagnostics and individual therapy, treatment and pharmaceutical forms and means, and "manufacture of tools, equipment, supplies for medical and dental diagnostics and therapies".
