Sim Net Cable Cluster is a voluntary, self-organizing association based on mutual trust between its members. It is registered 2016. Sim Net currently has 16 members. Since its inception, the members of the Cluster have been working together to provide easy access to essential raw materials, necessary equipment and new technologies, and have undertaken a number of activities in this regard. The cluster has a structure and organization in place that guarantees the joint fulfillment of the set goals. With the implementation of this project, the association will build a test laboratory and technology center, which will create preconditions for cluster members to provide better services, service innovation and more effective and seamless implementation of new products and services in the real environment. The infrastructure in place falls within the integrated solutions for smart cities. As a result of the project implementation, a global innovation will be developed, namely: "Secured end-to-end open source service delivery system", which is a system of open-end service delivery elements to end-users: individuals , groups of individuals, legal entities - users of telecommunication services. The innovation supported by the project is the result of the joint activity of the members of the innovation cluster. The proposed project involves the implementation of the following activities under Component 2: 1. Construction of a testing laboratory by purchasing equipment 2. Construction of a technological (manufacturing) center by purchasing equipment The realization of the project will lead to the achievement of one of the goals of the association, namely: stimulation of innovative activity through promotion, sharing of facilities and exchange of knowledge and experience, effective contribution for knowledge transfer, networking, dissemination of information and cooperation between enterprises and other organizations in the cluster.
