Pirin Tech Ltd. is a startup company dedicated to developing innovative technological solutions, which could be widely used in small and medium-sized businesses. With the implementation of this project, the company aims to develop product innovation (innovative service) - a cloud-based web software system, which helps companies from different industries to collect and analyze customer feedback. Based on this analysis, companies can improve their products and processes, as well as identify quickly and at an early stage problems that their customers encounter with products, services or any other touch points or aspects of their communication with the company. With the implementation of this project, the applicant Pirin Tech Ltd. aims to encourage the development of innovations in the territory of Gotse Delchev - Garmen - Hadzhidimovo through the development of product innovation, which is classified within priority direction "web, hybrid and native applications, web based applications for creating and operating new services and products" in the ICT technological field from Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialization. The development of innovation will be accomplished by performing the following activities: 1 / Performing applied scientific research, testing, examining and measurement related to the development of product innovation; 2 / Development of market analysis and marketing strategy for market realization of product innovation; 3 / Information and Publicity activity. As a result of the implementation of the project, the company is expected to develop eco-innovation with great potential for introduction into the economy.
