With the implementation of the project proposal, the young company INTIMEENGENERING LTD envisages development of a production innovation - "Servo control system for brushless DC motors" with application in the manufacturing sector, electronics, mechatronics and robotics. The innovative system candidate's own development and is designed for controlled electricity supply to all the moving parts in a product, to control purposes and to allow precise setting of values / amount of electricity. The system provides the ability to pre-set a specific position of the rotor of an electric motor in a product or machinery and to adjust the speed of an even energy, using the model reference adaptive control (MRAK). Unlike most solutions on the market, which require pre-setting of the operating parameters, the "Servo control system for brushless DC motors" automatically adjusts the operating parameters in real time according to the current external influences. The system could be used successfully by institutions, companies and universities working in the field of electronics and mechatronics, sectors such as defense, security, medicine, railways, telecommunications, control systems and more. The development of the innovative system envisaged by the project will be implemented on the territory of LIG Hissarya and falls within the scope of one priority areas of the thematic area Mechatronics and clean technologies defined in ISIS - "systems for automated and software assisted control with application in production". As a result of the project implementation, INTIMEENGENERING LTD is expected to increase it's innovation activity, capacity and competitiveness, providing faster and easier access to foreign markets, increasing the share of the enterprises on the territory of LIG Hissarya, which independently develop, implement and disseminate innovations through modernized production equipment.
