Development of innovation by "Projects and Innovations - Maglizh" Ltd. through the implementation of a web-based system for generating an individual tourist route

"Projects and innovations - Maglizh" Ltd. is a small start-up company registered in the village of Dabovo, Maglizh municipality, St. Zagora district. The company is focused on the development of innovative business solutions and based on an in-depth analysis of the market of tourist services in the region of MIG "Maglizh, Kazanlak, Gurkovo" and nationally and globally, establishes the possibility of entering a new market niche. This project proposal envisages the development of an innovative web-based system for generating an individual tourist route, which will find application in the field of the tourism industry, in particular in the development of routes and various excursion programs. The project falls within the area of ​​"New technologies in the creative and recreational industries" of ISIS, and is in line with the requirements of all specific criteria to the Strategy of the MIG. For the implementation of the project the company formed a team of experts with experience in the field of economy, marketing and in the development of a number of innovative projects, incl. under the EU Framework Programs. The team, using the project assets, plans to realize a prototype of the final product up to TRL 7. The planned eco-innovation is innovative for the european market, as it allows dynamic construction of thematic routes. The system uses the latest technologies for geopositioning and dynamic construction of individualized user solutions based on a flexible system of criteria set by the users themselves. Additionally, the innovation offers the opportunity to budget trips, offering optimal routes and solutions based on the financial capabilities of the individual user. The project will be implemented in Maglizh, where an office will be opened and the necessary software equipment will be installed. The total value of the planned investment amounts to BGN 339 920,00 incl. VAT, and the implementation period is 12 months.
