Development of Multi-purpose Telemetric Sensor Machine System

A prototype of a Telemetry sensor system for machines will be developed using the current project proposal. The product innovation envisaged for development under the project is a product - a compact box with software attached to it, which is mounted on a desired machine or unit. The telemetry sensor system has a number of functionalities, in general it transmits telemetry data about the machine through software, which in turn allows remote control of production. Without the need for systematic connection to the machine, the product is attached by gluing or magnet to the desired unit and provides information about the number of strokes of the machine, operating time of the machine, the time it did not work, temperature and humidity in the room. The possibility is open by calibration to monitor the functional health of the machine by sound and if it enters a different mode to signal. The comparative analysis found that the innovative product differs significantly and surpasses all similar products available on the European and world market. The developed innovative product can also be related to the thematic area "mechatronics and clean technologies" (which is a priority for the territory of the Southeast region, where the Pomorie LAG is located), priority area "automated and software-assisted control systems with application in production" .
