"Increasing productivity IMPALA Ltd"

The project is aimed at increasing productivity and increase the export capacity of "Impala" Ltd. by modernizing and optimal resource efficiency of the production process. New technological equipment will be processed in large volumes of various types and characteristics of materials (solid wood, chipboard, MDF) at optimum energy consumption and accumulated waste This project is aimed at implementing the core task in the strategic development plan of the production activity of the company related to increases in production capacity and the creation of new models of products that meet the ever-changing fashion trends. through the introduction of innovative technologies and improving existing, by simply using modern technological equipment and fundamentally new facilities. The need for implementation of the project is dictated by the desire of the company to diversify its product range and enter new market niches in Bulgaria and abroad, to expand its production capacity, which will achieve a reduction of the total unit cost of production and hence more low cost of the products. The concrete results of the project are: - Introduced new machines with innovative technology - 15 pcs. - Expansion of export-oriented production, as export revenues will reach 37.52% of the total revenues of the organization; - Reduction of production costs by 15%; - Increase the production by 28.30%; - The introduction of three new products; - Achieving resource efficiency and effectiveness of production - Reduction of waste to landfill by 50% (5.62 tons in 2014 to 2.81 tons in the first year after implementation of the project) and reducing energy efficiency by 30%. - Growth in employment in the enterprise as reveal about 2 jobs after the project while keeping the balance of men to women.
