Increasing the production capacity and increasing the volume of export in "ENDJI STIL GROUP" LTD

Endji Stil Group Ltd. is a relatively new company, registered in 2012 in Panagiurishte. The company produces children's clothing, hats, and other fabrics. Whe company's entire production for 2012, 2013, and 2014 was intended for export to France. There is a contract signed with the company MTM SAS - a producer of hats and accessories. MTM SAS has stores in Belgium, Canada, Japan, and other countries, where the production reaches the customer. The scope of the project includes the purchase of different kinds of equipment, needed to increase the company's production capacity - covering machines, overlocks, buttonhole machines, different classes of straight sewing mashines, dual-needle straight sewing machines, button machines, pont machines, two zig-zag machines, two bandsaws for cutting, spreading cart, 1.8 by 6 m cutting table on rails, gang-saw scissors. One installation of CAD software for the machines will also be purchased. The software will be integrated into the plotter+digitizer system. Further purchases include: One 50 cm roller gluing press and another 90 cm roller gluing press, steam generators, ironing tables, transfer presses, and a screw compressor. After completing the project activities the productivity will be increased by 30%, the cost price of production will be decreased by around 3%, export will be increased by 30% in the three years after completing the project. The new equipment will require the opening of at least five positions for service. Integration of the equipment will icnrease the production capacity and the total volume of export, it will improve the energy efficiency in relation to energy consumption per unit of production, it will improve resource efficiency and will improve the production quality.
