Cooperative Obnova has a long tradition in the manufacture of wood details for furniture for internal and external market.They are grouped into two main production: - Details of furniture (compressed and massive) - mainly canvases and panels made of compressed laminated wood and furniture preparations array. - Bended glued details- different types and models of seats, backs and drawer sides for chairs .For any customer request they are different in size and shape, polished and / or lacquered. For the needs of these two directions and after the procedures for selection of contractor, according to the Decree №118 of the Council of Ministers, will be purchased new high-performance equipment: Hydraulic press- 2 pc, Generator HFC (15kW) - 1pc ., Generator HFC (30kW) - 1pc., Glue machine with two shafts -1 pc., Machining center with CNC - 1pc., Broadband grinder- 1pc. The investment in these facilities is essential in order to fully improve and increase the production capacity, to fully exploit the market potency, reducing marriage and optimize the efficiency of the production chain.To overcome the restrictions of the future development of the cooperative will be included two main activities: 1. Action to improve production processes; 2. Activity of introduction of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. Their successful implementation will have a positive effect on the achievement of the project objectives: increasing production capacity and enhancing the export potential in both directions. Along with this the company will increase its productivity; increase average revenue generated from exports; increase the efficiency of production costs, which will lead to optimal return of the investment. During the project implementation will be observed all requirements related to the visualization of the project.
