Improving the production capacity of Gadevski Ltd.

The company has long experience and traditions in the production of tables and chairs made of solid beech, oak and pine wood. The product list of the company is grouped in two main directions: - Production of children's chairs; - Production of dinning chairs. At this stage, with its production facilities the company reaches maximum volume of production capacity and operate at maximum loading capacity. For the manufacturing of chairs from its manufacturing list, in order to optimize its production processes, after procedures for selection of contractor, according to the Decree №118 of the Council of Ministers, will be purchased new high-performance equipment: 2 pcs. Industrial dryers for wood details and 1pc. Woodworking CNC machining center. The purchase of these facilities is essential for the overall improvement and increase of the production capacity of the enterprise, reducing the marriage, the overall decrease in energy intensity and increase production quality. To overcome the obstacles to the future development of "Gadevski" Ltd., will include two main activities: 1. Action to improve production processes; 2. Activity of introduction of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. The successful implementation of the activities will have a positive effect on the achievement of the project objectives: increasing and improving the production capacity and enhancing the export potential of "Gadevski" LTD. Along with this, the company will increase its productivity, increase average revenue generated from exports, will increase the efficiency of its production costs, which will lead to an optimal return of investment made. During the project implementation will be observed all requirements related with project visualization.
