Improving production capacity in Delena DD Ltd

With the completion of the project "Delena DD" EOOD will fulfil its needs to improve the production capacity and its presence on the market. The following activities will be accomplished: 1. Activity to improve the production processes that will be accomplished through the purchase of: 1 Button-holing machine, 2 Steam generators, 4 Ironing tables, 1 Spotting unit machine, 2 Electro-pneumatic button attaching machines, 1 Screw Compressor, 1 Trouser automat, 1 – 3 needle Feed-off-the arm chain stitch machine, 1 Pneumatic robot system, 1 Ironing table – narrow with heating, 1 Belt machine, 1 Blind stitch machine 2. Activity to add new features or improve existing products and services that will be accomplished through the purchase of: 1 Elastic attaching machine, 2 Light Denim Overlocks, 1 Pneumatic Trousers’ Hook attaching machine, 1 side seam opening,1 Pocket welting automat. 3. Activities to diversify the range of products and enterprise services that will be accomplished through the purchase of: 30 single needle thread trimmer machines, 17 Front top-feed seaming, 5 General medium material seaming/bottom Hemming, 2 Bottom hemming with left side Fabric Trimmers,1 Button-holing machine, 2 Flat button sewing machines, 1 Bartacking machine, 1 General plan seaming. 4. Activities for implementation of new technologies to improve the resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process that will be accomplished through the purchase of: 3 Knitting machines. The accomplishment of the activities will enhance the production capacity of "Delena DD" EOOD, shorten the process cycle and optimize the production processes. It will also provide possibilities to improve our market development.
