Increasing the production capacity and an export potential of “ELANA-HART” LTD

“ELANA-HART” LTD. was founded in 1994. The main production of the company is producing of different articles from polyethylene applied for the industry, the construction and the agriculture. The main products which company produce are: 1. Knitted Raschel bags for manual and machine packaging used in the agriculture. 2. Raschel net 3. Polyethylene film, natural and UV- stabilized used in the agriculture. 4. Shrink film – UV stabilized used for packaging and palletizing. 5. Polyethylene tubes and bags for packaging. 6. LDPE bags used for transportation of goods. 7. Film and bags on roll produced from recycled LDPE. The company has an export orientation, 80% from the ready production in 2014 has been realized to external markets. The company gradually expands its market’s niche, as the good correlation between quality and price. Rising orders and depleted production capacity didn’t allow “ELANA-HART” LTD. to meet the challenges of the market. In order to solve this problem the company works out an average-term plan for development towards increasing the production capacity. The company begins building a new production hall in 2015. Herewith project will be delivered and putting into operation a Knitting Raschel Machine for nets, a Machine for production bags on roll with tape unit, an Extruder and a Recycling and Granulation Machine. It will be organize a selection of supplier according to the Decree of the Council of Ministers No 118/20.05.20014 and the chosen supplier will make the delivery, installing, the technical test runs, personnel training and commissioning of the new equipment. This project includes activities as diversifying the range of products and services of the enterprises and also activities for introduction of new technologies for improving the resource effectiveness and efficacy of the production process. Realizing that project the company will increase its production capacity and an export potential.
