The technological modernization of Kamak Ltd. through the purchase of mechatronic production line for powder glazing of pieces will improve the quality and will increase the quantity of production. The mechatronic line consists of a powder-glazing cabin for automatic spraying of black glazing, suspended conveyor, U-shaped oven for powder glaze baking and conveyor to the oven. The production capacity of the line is 2000 glazed stovepipes per day on a 8-hour workday. The improved quality and quantity of production will allow the company to accept more orders from different partner companies from Bulgaria and abroad and to step into the European and Balkan markets. The implementation of the project will provide for improved, safe and healthy work conditions for company employees. The powder-glazing cabin for automatic spraying of black glazing is made of high quality stainless steel panels (Material Nr. 304) with integrated 11 special laminated filters for dry separation and recycling of powder glaze, integrated system for filter tapping through compressed air with control over the cycles and suction fan. The ceiling of the cabin is equipped with lights in order to guarantee enough visibility of the production process. The filters guarantee improved production efficiency and lower unit price due to the recycling of the powder glaze, as well as better air quality in the production hall. The light is a precondition for improved quality of glazing, as well as for improved working conditions.
