Expansion of the production capacity of LEO-Concrete Products (single-member limited liability company) through the purchase of production equipment for a new production plant in Yagodovo Village, Plovdiv

The production capacity of LEO-Concrete Products (single-member limited liability company) will be expanded through the purchase of Mechatronic installation for production of concrete products - including facing concrete mixture filling and two mixers, which will consist of Dosing Installation and the accompanying equipment, Mixing Installation, Block-producingmachine and the accompanying equipment for the second plant of thecompany in Yagodovo Village, Rodopi Municipality. Through the implementation of project activities a diversification of LEO-Concrete Products product range will be achieved. This diversification will be supported also through the purchase of new molds, through which the production of new, different forms of concrete products will be possible. The project will create preconditions for the coloring of the production in different colors and nuances. Thus, the overall number of different products will be over 250, which will lead to a serious competitive advantage for the company. Through the investment in Yagodovo Village, part of the production will move considerably closer to current and potential customers in South-West and West Bulgaria, Greece and Macedonia. Transportation costs to customers will be reduced and the corresponding client price could be reduced or the increased revenue could be reinvested in continued expansion and diversification of production. This will result in increased market share on the national market of about 20 % and in the hiring of 29 new employees. Delivery periods will be reduced due to the doubled production capacity of the company, as there will be a possibility for accumulation of stocks at two different plants of the company.
