Improving the production capacity of INPLAST Ltd.

INPLAST Ltd. was established in 2005 with the main activity production and marketing of PVC. Later the enterprise has focused to the production of WPC - Wood-Plastic Composites products. These are relatively new products to Bulgaria used primarily in the manufacture of floor coverings for external use. Since the end of 2013, the production of the company is focused entirely on investment and development of a relatively new product for the Bulgarian market - flooring, tiling and accompanying products such as moldings, profiles, boards, brackets and other necessary for the overall performance of pavement. DeckPlast - Decking flooring is an innovative product for Bulgaria. The high resistance to sunlight and weather conditions is one of the main indicators for the quality of the product. The advantages of the products are high quality and competitive price. The manufactured products are mainly used by hotel chains, pools, restaurants, construction companies and wholesale warehouses. A major problem and an obstacle to overcome for the enterprise is the need for new, energy-saving and automated technology and optimization of the production process. This project envisages solving this problem by purchasing and placing into service of the new energy-saving and non-waste technology - three extrusion lines. The enterprise is expected to achieve major results such as increased productivity, increased production capacity and sales of products including exports. The project will be implemented in the premises of the manufacturer’s facilities. . The realization of the project will contribute to significantly increase production capacity and export potential. It will enhance the economic viability, competitiveness and the future of the company, as well a the environmental protection.
