Improving the efficacy of production in Bettran JSC. through introduction of new technology

The main sphere of activity of Bettran JSC. is the production of ready-mixed concrete, lime and cement mixtures; crushed stone fractions for concrete and road surfaces; extraction of river sand; heavy machinery services; transport services. Through the purchase of Crushing and screening installation, consisting of vibratory feeder, double-decked grizzly scalper, 2 rotary crushers, 2 vibratory screens, conveyor set, metal constructions and electric system, Bettran JSC. will be able to significantly improve the products and services offered (production of crushed stone fractions for concrete and road surfaces) and to enter the international market for the first time. The introduction of these new technologies will improve resource efficiency and efficacy of production, because the effective management of production capacity with the support of the automated work processed guarantees their optimal work-load and controlled use of necessary resources (electricity, parts/hammers and consumables). The investments in tangible assets, that are part of the project are cutting-edge technology with low resource consumption, high productivity and low running expenses. Electricity expenditure reduction because of improved productivity – up to 35% Reduction of the time for production of a single unit Re-engineering of production processes - elimination of manual-mechanic processes - up to 70% In view of the relative weight of the different parameters in the formation of the unit production price an overall effect of 25% reduction can be foreseen as result of project implementation. The project will be implemented over 18 months through public tender in line with Decree of the Council of Ministers №118 for the delivery of Crushing and screening installation, consisting of vibratory feeder, double-decked grizzly scalper, 2 rotary crushers, 2 vibratory screens, conveyor set, metal constructions and electric system with a total value of 1690 000 BGN.
