Automation of the production process

The company is specialized in production of wooden furniture for interior furnishings for hotels and fast food places.The main activity of the company is concentrated in one product direction: - "Interior furnishings for hotels and fast food places" .Company produces tables, chairs, bars, boxes for the needs of food places and reception desks, wardrobes, tables, chairs etc. for rooms and hotel lobbies. At this stage, with its available production capacity it reaches maximum volume of production capacity and operate at 100% loading capacity. For the production of furniture for the main direction, in order to optimize its production processes, after procedures for selection of contractor under the requirements of the Decree №118, will be purchased new high-performanced machines: Broadband grinding machine-1pc., Single storey hot press 1pc., CNC machining center-1pc. and Automatic line for drifting and drying coatings -1pc. The purchase of these facilities is essential for the overall improvement and increase of the production capacity of the enterprise, reducing the marriage, the overall decrease in energy intensity and improve the quality of production. To overcoming the limitations will include two main activities: 1.Action to improve production processes 2.Activity of introduction of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. The successful Implementation of the activities will have a positive effect on the achievement of the project objectives: increasing and improving the production capacity and enhancing the export potential of the company.Along with this the company will increase its productivity, increase average revenue generated from exports , will increase the efficiency of its production costs, which will lead to optimal return of investment made. During the project implementation will be observed all requirements related with project visualization.
