Increasing the competitiveness of "ASSA ABLOY OPENING SOLUTIONS BULGARIA" Ltd. by introducing new production capacities

As a result of the increased demand for the products produced by "ASSA ABLOY OPENING SOLUTIONS BULGARIA" Ltd. on the European market (the Netherlands, Germany, Greece) the company began experiencing a shortage of facilities for the production of certain details. Some of those details include housings for security locks. According to the company’s development strategy for the next four years, based on a detailed analysis of the market development trends and already concluded contracts for production, of which about 70% are export contracts, production of secure cylinders will increase by 26.5 %. In order to meet increased demand and to fully exploit its export capacity, "ASSA ABLOY OPENING SOLUTIONS BULGARIA" Ltd. will implement this project, which provides for the creation of new production capacities through purchase and introduction into the production process of a new hi technology CNC machine for the production of security lock housings. As a result of the actions for improvement of the production process and existing products, the competitiveness of the company will improve through the expansion of its production capacity, increasing productivity, utilization of export potential and increase exports.
