"Improvement of production capacity in "Eco-Bottles" Ltd."

“Eco Bottles” EOOD is a company established in 1993, specialized in the production of soft drinks and bottled water. The main stages of the production process cover the blow molding of PET bottles, filling and closing with screw caps, labeling, stacking and palletizing. The activity is accompanied by strict quality control based on a Good manufacturing practice - a system of basic hygienic and technological rules for work in the production of soft drinks. The company constantly invests in improving the production process in order to meet the current production trends in the industry and the dynamics and development of consumers’ demand and requirements. In view of this, the realization of this project is envisaged with the main objective of increasing production capacity and export potential “Eco Bottles” EOOD. The project will be realized through implementation of the following activities eligible under this procedure: 1) Activity for improvement of production processes; 2) Activity for variegation of companies’ range of products and services; 3) Activity for introduction of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and production process effectiveness, which represents an investment in tangible fixed asset – Filling Machine - Triblock (block for rinsing, filling and capping) for carbonated and still drinks and water - 1 pc., associated with the expansion of the capacity of the existing establishment. Project activities and the results expected from their successful implementation will contribute to the effective overcoming of the problems and constraints before the development of the company that are connected with lack of sufficient production capacity, use of outdated technologies and high production costs, as well as the inability to expand the range. The project also falls within the priorities of this procedure related to the thematic prioritization and sustainable development.
