CHEH-PLAST Ltd. - in an effort to increase the production capacity

The current project proposal is aimed at purchase and commissioning of 2 automated lines with electronic control for the production of PVC and aluminum windows and doors, including the following machines: Cutting Center - 1 pc., Profile machining Center - 1 pc., Conveyor table - 1 pc., CNC – corner cleaning machine with turning station - 1 pc., Automatic drilling unit - 1 pc. , Assembly, checking and glazing unit - 1 pc .; Two-headed circular aluminum with electronic positioning - 1 pc., Machining center for aluminum - 1 pc., Buble head mitre saw for aluminum profiles - 1 pc., Corner joint press - 1 pc. Through this investment of two new production lines in the company will overcome the limitations in the manufacturing process associated with limited capacity for receiving and implementing of orders of current and new national and international customers. The limitations in the production process are caused by insufficient technology units in the PVC and aluminum production department, lack of automation process, insufficient production volumes and higher human factor in the process. Advocated for implementation project activities are related to two codes of economic activities - the main 25.12 - Production of metal windows and code 22.23 - Production of windows and other construction industry (production of PVC windows). With the purchase and commissioning of the new technologies into production will ensure automatic quality control of manufactured parts and whole product will optimize the time needed for the complete production process. This will positively affect productivity of "Cheh Plast” Ltd. and will increase the production capacity of the company, and increase the amount of exported products. The new machines are high-tech, automated and extremely precise, which inevitably leads to an increase in productivity with over 26% growth, in the volume of exports over 68% after 3 years, increase the efficiency of over 21% due to improving resource efficiency.
