Improving of the production capacity in “Metal” JSCo by an investment in purchasing of new equipment

The strategy of Metal sole owner joint stock company for company development is based on a technological modernization executed by stages. The first stage (year of 2015-2017) foresees: 1. Purchasing and putting into operation of contemporary high tech machines and equipment which improve the production processes in the company. 2. Decreasing of the used raw materials and materials by new technology and the relevant machine that is applying it. The current project is orientated to the realization of this first stage and is foreseeing the following activities: 1.Activity for improving the production processes( it will be achieved by purchasing of: CNC 4 Roll Plate Bending Machine – 1 piece; CNC Variable Rake Hydraulic Guillotine Shear – 1 piece; CNC Hydraulic Press Brake – 1 piece; Inverter Welling Power Source – 10 pieces) 2. Activity for implementing of new technologies for improving of the resource effectiveness and efficacy in the production process (it will be achieved by purchasing of CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machine - 1 piece) As a result of the realization of the project: - the effectiveness will be improved and the production process will be optimized; - the production capacity will increase; - the labor productivity will increase - the quality of the production will improve; - the export will increase - the resource effectiveness will improve, including as the expenses for materials and raw materials will decrease by optimizing of the cutting and reducing of waste generating. Generally, with the realization of the project will be achieved increasing of the competitiveness of Metal sole owner joint stock company at the European market.
