Improvement of the production capacity and enhancing the export potential of "Dzhonkin - Malin Dimitrov"

The main objective of the project proposal is to increase the production capacity to enrich the assortment and cuts of production and enhancing the export potential of "Dzhonkin - Malin Dimitrov". To achieve the main goal of the project it will be realized three interrelated activities: 1. Improvement of production processes by purchasing technologically advanced linear filling machine for water bottling, labeling machine for roundabout PP label from roll for soft drinks labeling and labeling machine for roundabout PP label roll for water bottles labeling 2. Varying the product assortment and enterprise services by enriching the range of cuts offered by linear filling machine for bottling of water 3. Introduction of new technologies for resource efficiency and effectiveness improvement in the production process by purchasing a linear filling machine for water bottling, labeling machine for roundabout PP label from roll for soft drinks labeling and labeling machine for roundabout PP label roll for water bottles labeling The management, monitoring and reporting of the project will be executed in accordance with Guidance for the implementation of the grant contracts by OPIC 2014 - 2020, for this purpose a project team will be engaged. Its members are: Project Manager and Financier / Accountant. The project implementation will lead to the following results: • Reduction of the production costs per product unit; • Optimization of production chains; •Modernized production processes and technologies; • Increasing the production capacity of the enterprise; • Improved the quality of production; •Increased level of satisfaction of the end user of quality packaging; • Increased export potential of production;
