Improving resource efficiency and efficacy of production in "Ditex-SM" Ltd. trough introduction of new technologies

The main sphere of activity of Ditex-SM Ltd. is the production of textile and duvets. Through the purchase of high-tech production equipment Ditex-SM Ltd. will be able to significantly improve the quality products and services offered and to enlarge its international market presence. The introduction of these new technologies will improve resource efficiency and efficacy of production, because the effective management of production capacity with the support of the automated work processed guarantees their optimal work-load and controlled use of necessary resources (electricity, fibers and textile materials and consumables). The investments in tangible assets, that are part of the project are cutting-edge technology with low resource consumption, high productivity and low running expenses. Introduction of optimized methods for production of textile and duvets - up to 30% reduction of the cost of basic production materials Electricity expenditure reduction because of improved productivity – up to 25% Reduction of the time for production of a single unit Re-engineering of production processes - elimination of manual-mechanic processes - up to 70% In view of the relative weight of the different parameters in the formation of the unit production price an overall effect of 25% reduction can be foreseen as result of project implementation. The project will be implemented over 18 months through public tender in line with Decree of the Council of Ministers №118 for the delivery of Cutting machine, Bale Opening Machine (2), Pre-opening machine, Opening Machine, Cotton Feeding Machine, Carding machine, Cross Lapper machine, Automatic ultrasonic Quilting machine, Newpanel cutting machine, and Single-needle straight machine (5) with a total value of 600 000 BGN.
