Increase of the production capacity and strengthen of the export potential of GI.OTTO LIVING SOFA Ltd.

GI.OTTO LIVING SOFA Ltd is a Bulgarian company with Italian share, well known in Europe as producer of comfortable upholstered furniture. The manufacturer has twenty five years of experience handed down by generations of Italian cabinet-makers. Since its foundation the company is exclusively specialized in manufacturing high quality sofas and other furniture from leather. Approximately ninety percent of the manufactured goods are being exported to countries form the EU /France, Italy, Great Britain, Spain, etc./. The elaboration of the present project follows the implementation of thorough analysis in regards to the necessity of purchasing and installation of the new production machines and is being based upon the company experience and the development trend of the different markets on which the company sells the final products. In this regard, the implementation of the project represents a systematic approach for the increase of the production capacity of GI.OTTO LIVING SOFA Ltd. At present the company is hiring the machines used for production purposes. These are with low production capacity and characteristics which lays down numerous limitations and restrains in regards to the production capacity of the company and the in-time implementation of specific orders. Within the project proposal the purchase and installation of the following machines is envisaged: Multifunction and multi-material cutting Plotter, CNC pantograph for polyurethane foam, CNC pantograph for wood and other materials, pneumatic tables for upholstery (5 units), over locker sewing machine (3 units), Sewing machines for topstitching (2 units) and linear sewing machines (6 units). The envisaged machines will contribute for: - improvement of the production processes; - adding of new characteristics or improvement of the current products and services; - diversification of product range and provided services; - improvement of the resource effectiveness and efficiency in the production process.
